The East Cobb community has a huge focus on the outdoors. Even within shopping centers such as the Avenues (listed below), there are many green spaces to explore. The locations on this page are meant to get you outside and moving, whether it be at local public parks or long, steep hikes.

East Cobb Park

East Cobb Park is an excellent place for all sorts of outdoor activities. It has a playground for children, beautiful trails, picnic areas, and a large grass field for any sports. Parties are hosted here, musical events take place in its center stage, and people of all ages enjoy the constant sunlight. In our opinion, East Cobb Park captures the true essence of the community and our values.

Fullers Park

Fullers Park is home to many athletic facilities. The 14,000 square foot facility is home to multiple fields and indoor courts that allow for youth sports leagues to take place as well as adult recreation.

Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park

Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park is a 2,965-acre National Battlefield that preserves a Civil War battleground of the Atlanta Campaign. The park now holds an informative visitor center and many recreational activities including a signature Kennesaw Mountain hike that provides views as far as Downtown Atlanta, picnic areas, and opportunities to watch many wild animals roam.
